How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Abilityprotect Pest Control to get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Abilityprotect Pest Control went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though: Abilityprotect Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

How to File

Email contact@abilityprotect.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
